Sorry this is uber late...but hey, that's life. Easter was a success, we were able to go up to my parents house saturday afternoon, before I had to work that night, so the kids could have an easter egg hunt. Ben and Eli are still a little too young to really understand it, but each year hopefully they will remember and get better in the years to come. Actually Elizabeth did really well, she would pick the eggs up and put them into her basket and Ben really didn't have any notion as to what we were doing and why...basically, he could have cared less. But we worked with what we got. =) So this was the first year I did Easter baskets for the kids. In the past they were just too little to understand, but I think it was best...they loved them!! I did a lot of small toys instead of candy, it just worked better that way since Ben is on his GFCF diet and that pretty much excludes any chocolate, well...any good and inexpensive chocolate. GFCF stuff is really pricey! But I did do some easter eggs with jelly beans inside and well, it was there first easter, give me a break. ;-) Phil was working that morning and so he didn't get to see them go through their baskets so I video taped the morning. They were so cute!

I am looking forward to more holiday's with my babies as they get older and can really participate in the activities.
