For the 2nd year in a row, we participated in the Walk Now for Autism Speaks in Anaheim. We had a few more supporters this year walking with us, which was wonderful. Hopefully each year we can increase our numbers and get more family and friends to walk. But we are grateful to anyone who wants to join our family.
It was a beautiful day in the OC and my sisters and I thought we needed to remind our selves for the next year, to wear shorts! It was a warm one. For sure! =) The kids did awesome, I brought the single stroller this year, and the kids took turns walking and being pushed. We spent a short time after the walk looking at different things they had outside the stadium. But with 2 toddlers, that time is short lived and you get out before the major meltdowns.
A gorgeous day in the OC
One of our families biggest support, Cara!!

My good friend, Cara, helped me make the shirts we wore.

This little man brings joy to us each day. He shows us what we are capable of and how to be better. He is so many things to us and our family, he brings me closer to my Father in Heaven and helps me strives for the unreachable. He is and always will be, More than Autism.
I feel truly blessed to have been able to participate in this walk with so many other families and individuals affected by this disorder. We had a wonderful day and can't wait until next year!
