Pumpkin Patch with the Kiddos

I love our little trip every year to the pumpkin patch.  Since we've lived here, we've gone faithfully each year and honestly...it's a good time.  The Live Oak Pumpkin Patch is just up the freeway a ways in Yucaipa.  As the kids are getting older, it's been a sweet experience to see them explore and become excited for these things.  Literally, Elizabeth screamed...yes, screamed at me as we were getting off the freeway and she saw where we were going, "PUMPKINSSSS!!!!"

We visited the petting zoo first, which was a huge success with both of them.  Ben was awesome when we went in to pet and feed the goats.  He was happy and didn't seem the least bit bothered by them, he even laughed a little when the goat tried to nibble on his shirt.  It was so cute!  We then headed over to all the ridiculous and numerous bounce houses and slides.  Which Elizabeth did without hesitation.  Mr B. was content just hangin' with me while sister enjoyed her bouncy-houses.

I was even able to get a few photos of them with these new boards they had set up everywhere...it was hilarious trying to get Ben to look through it for the photo.  He did well in some, but others he was just too cool to participate, I guess.

This one cracks me up!

Picking our pumpkins...

I love our time together.

They make life special.
